Representatives from the NHS, local authorities, primary care, voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE), and people with lived experience have developed a new mental health signposting campaign to support people in Sussex to get help with their mental health.

The 'How Are You Really Feeling?' campaign aims to encourage people to look after their mental health, and position this as a positive thing for everyday life and empower and support people to ask for help with their mental health. The campaign asks people how they are feeling, to encourage them to check in on themselves.

Co-produced by people with lived experience, service providers and partner organisation, the campaign has been designed to help amplify the new mental health signposting information
